ProForce Corporation Revenue Streams: Corporate Rewards service, ProLink service, land sales agents, Web design, and target consumer leads sales with ProForce Real Estate Corporation; together with "Allegiance" Merchant partners, Marketplace store sales, and software distribution channels.

The Web Domain Field Branch implemented public access to free Corporation real estate contracts and forms. This in direct relation to enabling customers and agents alike. Further, it provides direct support for our ProLink "For Sale by Owner" system consumers, and our Internet based software products. The ProForce web site now provides directories, market research, custom marketing programs and tools clients can use to understand their markets, sell their home, and also aids them to develop strategies and tactics that gain them a marketing edge.

The ProForce Customer Services Group accomplishments include maintaining our numerous exceptional web sites, and creating new Internet services like our software "Workplace" designed to provide our customers with: guides, tips, downloads, accessories, plug-ins, and other tools. Streamlining information flow to the customers and agents, has always been a high priority at ProForce.

The ProForce Product Services Group accomplishments include marketing and distribution our vast line of software products. Headed by Executive Vice President Paul Larson, this division also and implements new technologies for training, sales representatives, distributors, and end-users. Expensive equipment like "Liquid Fire" hologram displays, are often used at convention centers, training seminars, and end-user support sessions. The Product Services Group in FYI2000 implemented an online workstation with a complete series of training movies for learning at any pace desired. These tools provide a better way to distribute the knowledge and skills needed to fully capitalize the software programs benefits.

The Printing and Fulfillment Services Division provides in-house printing and full-scale mailing operations for ProForces’ product copy, manuals, feature articles, CD-ROM inserts, software boxes, and material. The printing skills of this division is legendary, and we'd be proud if you peek.

Information Technology Support Sector In FY98, created the profitable co-op Vendor affiliate program called "Allegiance", where Vendors partner relationships are created and maintained with unlimited tools for reselling our software line.

The Facility and Administrative Services Team (FAST) maintains our powerful company Realtor Intranet was a huge accomplishment and a project that brought lightning fast information access to ProForces’ employees and agents in the field. The development team include Network Technician & Designer Kevin Hitzemann, Graphic Artist & Designer Ryan Simula, Programmer Jerome Turner, and Script Writer Erika Hoffman.

The -Services Branch service was born in mid-1999, completed a vision of founder Steven M. Smith. For years Steven has thought the web should work for the customer. With e-service automated wizards that work to complete a consumers request, it now does just that. Point, click, done. The wizards take it from there. After all, most people have enough to do.

The Accolades started in August of 1999 ProForce became the first to create digital signature real estate contracts using a cutting-edge Adobe® Acrobat® architecture, by releasing the Digital Contracts 4.0 software program. Nationwide shipping of this, and other powerful software programs, began an January first of 2000.

In April of 2000, Realtor Magazine® featured Digital Contracts 4.0® as "Product of the Month, and Adobe Acrobat format won "Product of the Year" from PC Magazine. Our award winning software products are distributed by GDM and sold nationwide through numerous merchant partners.

When Steven Smith seized the opportunity to launch ProForce Corporation in 1994 with a $1,000 investment, he was confident the new company that utilized emerging technologies would be a success. After all, he had superior experience in sales, marketing, computers, and a dedication to improving the lives of his customers with the information and solutions the new company would provide. But Steven never dreamed that his new Real Estate enterprise would achieve the success that it has over the years.

Another key to the company's growth is our annual planning process which occurs each spring. Each ProForce division manager spends several weeks in an in-depth review of its agents, markets and its products. Then, budgets for each are formulated using sophisticated budget models. At annual planning meetings in late May, key managers present their business plans to the corporate leadership in working sessions. The company's annual plan is finalized by mid-July to serve as a blueprint for profitable growth in the new fiscal year, which begins on January 1st.

Our reach grows each day as more people turn to us for the specialized marketing systems, superior service, software products, web information, and top shelf solutions we provide. Widely recognized by numerous yacht manufacturers for revolutionary business results, his contributions were legendary and small-talk to this day with Yacht professionals.
