How to Purchase Software via Download
!!! IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS & POLICIES !!!

We offer some of our software titles in a download delivery format. This means that once you complete your purchase, you will be able to download your software immediately. We recommend creating a backup copy of your software file once you download it!

To Order:

1) Choose the download version of the software and place that in your cart.

2) When you are ready to checkout, simply follow the instructions provided.

3) You will be asked to create a user name and password. MAKE SURE YOU WRITE THESE DOWN - YOU WILL NEED THEM TO GET YOUR SOFTWARE.

4) You will have to choose a shipping option. However, no shipping charge will be charged to your order and you will still be able to download the software immediately upon order completion.

To Download Your Software:

1) Once your order is processed, you will see an order confirmation page. At the top of the page, you will see a link that will lead you to your software.

2.1) When you check out, you will be asked to create a unique user name and password. If you come back to the site to download your software you can login securely (using your user name and password that you created) here: http://www.proforcerealestate.com/vpasp/shopcustadminlogin.asp .

2.2) Once you log in, locate your order and find the download link here.

2.3) Once you have purchased your software, if you are still having trouble downloading it, go here for more detailed instructions on how to access your purchase.

Policies:

1) Software will be available for download for THIRTY (90) DAYS after purchase. After that, the download link will no longer be available and your purchase will be considered complete.

2) Software will be allowed to be downloaded FIVE (5) TIMES. After the second download, the download link will no longer be available and your purchase will be considered complete.

3) Software file sizes can be quite large - from 5MB to 120MB depending on your software title. If these files are too large for you then we recommend you purchase the CD-ROM version to be shipped to you.

4) This software is licensed only to you. You are not authorized to share this software, so please respect that. If software becomes downloaded multiple time, and if we notice that the downloads are from multiple IP addresses, or we notice any other suspicious activity, the download ability will be terminated and legal action may be taken as necessary.
